Partnership
American Building Technologies LLC was started by Jose Alves Santos and Romain Strecker. Shifting our focus away from mainstream construction needs, the company was started due to a relatively new direction for the partnership; concentrating on green solutions for homes. Being a subcontractor for the utility companies, the new company is able to offer the full line-up of energy saving incentives and rebates. Finish carpenters by trade, both partners have worked for large construction companies as project managers and lead carpenters. Both partners are equipped with Construction Supervisor Licenses and Home Improvement Contractors Licenses in MA. Twenty years in the construction industry have given the partners valuable experience not only in their native trade of carpentry but also in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, sprinklers systems and many other areas of construction.

American Building Technologies LLC holds three seperate insurance binders:
- $2 million in Commercial General Liability
- $1 million in Commercial Automotive Insurance
- Worker's Compensation Insurance
